    eternal september does weird blocking stuff and throttling. it will also not let you post under more than one username. it will also shut off your feed temporarily for various reasons.

    there is no good free newsgroup provider. buy a 10 dollar block at a pay provider. it will last a long time.

    I have that set up for old computers to connect in and use on the Public Electronic Networked Information System (penisys.online:6502). It just requires 80 columns, and probably /some/ vt100 support.
